 RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY 

We will contact you to confirm your reservation and assign a reservation number as soon as possible. For more information or for a quick confirmation, please contact us directly at 418 833-1212 or toll-free at 1 866 955-7733.

All reservations not guaranteed by a valid credit card will be automatically cancelled as of 4:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival.

A reservation with a credit card number guarantees your room no matter what your arrival time. Without your prior cancellation notice (before 4:00 p.m.), the room is considered rented and will be billed to your credit card.

For reservations made on the website http://www.choicehotels.ca/  your confirmation will be made immediately.

Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners and Sears

Additional conditions:

• Free for children from 0-17 years of age sharing the room with their parents
• $15 supplement per adult if more than 2 adults per room
• No cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 4:00 p.m. on arrival day
• All rates in Canadian dollars
• Applicable lodging tax not included
• Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes not included
